WANTED: WORK WITH HORSES /STABLE HAND/ RANCH HAND

Hi there. My name is Dakota, and I would like to speak with you regarding a position at your equine facility. I am a 28 year old female with a lifetime of experience learning from horses. I have been riding since before I could walk. I started my first halter broke horse at 13, completed C2 Pony club, and trained under a professional competition coach for 12 years. I taught beginner lessons, worked as a stable hand and assisted with colt starting and first rides. I have an inclination towards natural horsemanship principals but hold no bars when it comes to focusing on one discipline in particular. This work is my passion and my purpose. I am here to learn and grow. My soft demeanour is an asset; I have a quiet hand and excellent listening & communication skills. Highly empathic, sensitive & emotionally intelligent. Relevant experience includes work as a stable hand at a large training and Connemara breeding facility which included feeding, mucking & turnouts for 50+ horses. Additionally I was a stable hand at a champion Arabian breeding & training facility. I also have 10+ years in residential construction as a general labourer. And- 10+ years in the hospitality industry, including employment at a remote wilderness fishing resort in Barkley Sound, BC.
